Description

The most important part of a bringing a korban is the sprinkling of its blood on the Alter. Why is that the focus? Based on the verse "the blood is the soul," we discuss the connection between the two, how we are meant to be pouring out our souls through the process of bringing a korban, and how it is meant to bring us to a place of complete purity. We then translate all of this into how it impacts our daily tefillah experience...and Purim! (Vayikra, Vayikra: Ikar HaKaparah B'Zerikat HaDam, pp. 16-18)
