We will continue our study of the sugya in Masechet Chulin 97b regarding the two Leshonos of Rebby Chanina & how can the קדירה help us calculate שישים and permit the eating of the Ta'aroves of Issur & Heter. After reviewing the interpretation of Tos' re: the 1st לישנא, we will analyze the 2nd לישנא based upon the Ran's understanding of Rashi. The latter will produce two principles: we must assume a פחת viv-a-vis the Issur just as there was a פחת היתר. But if we know how much Issur fell in & there is no פחת, we can calculate the פחת ההתר & integrate the טעם היתר הבלוע הכלי even acc to Rashi. The Ramban integrates even that part of the Heter that evaporated as a result of the Bishul. We'll look st 2 q's of the Pri Chadash & the שחיטת חולין.
