Description

The halachos of riding bicycles, roller blades and tricycles etc. on Shabbos Correction: Rabbi Bleich allowed the person to use shoes that had wheels on them. He did not allow Rollerblades in Manhattan since that would have been carrying on Shabbos (הוצאה), according to his opinion.
