YIW BMP - Is Muktzah a Rabbinic Prohibition or a Bibilical one? Why would a "safek Muktzah" be prohibited? Shouldn't we say Safek Drabbanan L'Kulah? Is one allowed to get involved in a safek drabbanan L'chatchilah?
