We will ask 3 q's: why does the Ra'aved disqualify a person from Tefillas Tashlumin if he was מזיד during period of the 1st opportunity for Tashlumin since the Ra'aved accepts Tashlumin במופלגים? Why does the Ramban codify both opinions re: the origin of Tefilla as established by the Avos of as a replacement for the Korbanos? Why must Tashlumin be a tag-on to a Tefillas Chova? The goal of the shiur is the defining of the nature of Tefilla & Tefillas Tashlumin. In the last segment of shiur we will speak about the nature of Tefillas Musaf. Why does Tos' exclude this Tefilla from Tashlumin? Why does R' Akiva Eiger insist that women are exempt from this Tefilla? We will prove from the Ba'al HaMaor that Musaf is part of Tefilla as Avoda & רחמי.
