Description

At the conclusion of Sefer Shemot, the Mishkan is finally erected, the Anan (Cloud) covers it, and the Kavod (Glory) of Hashem fills the Mishkan. Why a cloud? What does this signify? What is Kavod really about? Why are these concepts so central to the conclusion of Sefer Shemot? We discuss the deeper meaning of these terms, how they wrap up all the loose end of Sefer Shemot, and the practical ramifications these concepts have to the Kavod in our everyday lives, in relationships, and in marriage. (Part of HaMidrasha at QC, OU-JLIC's Torah learning program for women at Queens College.)
