Reb Yehoshua Rubenstein speaks at around the 46:40 minute mark regarding the Rashash and the concept of "Baka Yama D'Oraisa" splitting the sea of Torah, the Siddur of the Rashash, and what it means realistically and practically to non-Kabbalists like ourselves.
