For our study of Hilchos Taarovos, we want to compare two categories of Issurim to which Bittul does not apply: a) a Davar She'BiMinyan, and b) Avoda Zara. The difference will be regarding the question: can a דבר שבמנין or Avoda Zara be permitted thru Bittul in a second Taaroves?. This will lead us to the main part of today's shiur: toward a definition of ספק ספיקא. We will formulate two definitions and list three נפק"מ לדינא that depend upon these two definitions.
