For Berachot 21al study the opinion of R' Yehuda & Shemuel on Kriyas Shema DeRabanan and Emes V'Yatziv DeOraisa. The latter is a fullfullment of the mitzva of Zechiras Yetziyas Mitzrayim. Do we accept this opinion LeHalacha? Why does the Rambam omit the mitzva of Zechiras Yetziyas Mitzrayim? We will study the Rav's Yahrtzeit shiur and the insight of Reb Chaim Brisker that the mitzva of Zechira is part of the mitzva of Kabbalas Ol Malchus Shomayim & is not a mitzva unto itself. We will address the q': does R' Yehuda accept the definition of R' Chaim? In the latter part of this shiur will will study the controversy re: ספק בתפלל would he be required to recite a תפלת נדבה? This may depend upon 2 definitions of the principle ספק דרבנן לקולא.
