We will offer two approaches to the view of the Rashba re: meat that absorbed a serious ta'am of Chalev & was then cooking in a 2nd pot where there was ביטול בשישים. Can the meat with the טעם חלב be eaten? Originally the Rashba assumed that despite the Bittul there is still a significant ta'am that remains in this piece of meat. But if that be the case why not simply give the meat to a קפילא who will tell you that there is no ta'am of chelev in the meat. The Rashba concludes that although the ta'am goes out nevertheless the meat remains אסורה. This is a new Issur.
