Based on a Torah from Rav Kook. Making sense of Yissurim, suffring, begins with the Emunah that the world we see is only half of reality. Olam HaBah, the world to come, is the world of truth and beyond our scope of vision. With this we can understand why Hashem's Name always associated with Yissurim is the name "Kah" (Yud Heih), which is half of Hashem's name "HavaYah".
