Description

Some of the Chassidei America had sent a letter to Rav Kook asking that he make a decree not to give charity to a certain secular fund. Rav Kook being the loving Jew that he was responded that he would not because the secular Jews in Eretz Yisrael were helping conquer the land of Israel from the Arabs.
