In this shiur we will analyze Tos' ד"ה עוף וגבינה. How did the Sugya prove from the Beraisa of Igra that if one eats meat (בהמה) and then eats cheese, he must wash his hands in between? This was the premise of the Gemara's objection to the behavior of Rav Yitzchok. Why does Rabenu Tam accept קינוח והדחה as a substitute for completing the Seuda? Why does the Beraisa of Igra omit mention of בשר חיה? These and other issues will be addressed in this shiur.
