Description

When we admit that the terrible things that befall us in our history are because Hashem has left us, God responds by "doubly hiding" His Face (haster astir panai bayom hahu). If we seemingly admitted our sins, why does God respond with a harsher punishment? We look deeply into this verse to discover the essence of true teshuvah, and to recognize that no matter what we do Hashem is always with us!
