In this shiur for Masechet Chulin 104b, we will try to understand the principle of גזירה לגזירה in regarding three areas of Halacha, namely, Hilchos Shabbos, Basar Bechalav, and Challas Chutz LaAretz. In the 1st case, woulddoes the prohibition of stretching one's head in order to drink in Reshus HaRabim apply to a Karmelis? In the 2nd case, does the Issur HaA'la'ah apply to עוף if the latter is only Derabanan? In the last case, does the Issur HaA'la'ah apply to Chalas Chu"l when the latter is only Derabanan? We will establish two categories, two definitions, of the principle כולה חדא גזירה היא. We will differentiate bet a Gezeira bec of שכחה as opposed to one because of הוראת היתר when the publis receives two conflicting messages.
