We continue our study of the sugya of the איסור העלאה in Chulin 104b. We will analyze the controversy between Rav Yosef & Abaye regarding the nature of the Issur Ha'a'la'ah. Rashi interprets the Gezeira as העלאה אטו העלאה, if both chicken & cheese are permitted on the table this will lead to do the same with real meat (בהמה). The Rosh Yosef maintains that the Gezeira is אכילה אטו אכילה, if he'll eat chicken with milk he'll eat meat with milk. The Tifesres Yaakov defends Rashi's position. Otherwise Abaye is violated the principle of גזירה לגזירה. Firstly he'll eat עוף בחלב and then he'll eat בהמה בחלב. These are 2 separate Gezeiros. Rather the single Gezeira of העלאה prevents the eating of milk & meat. In this shiur we embellish פירוש רש"י
