In this shiur for Masechet Chulin 104a, we will study the first sugya in Perek Kol HaBasar regarding the Issur Basar BeChlav in the case of chicken and milk. Is this DeOraisa or DeRabanan? The answer to this question will determine the answer to the question: who authored our Mishna? We will analyze the opinion of Rebby Akiva regarding Nedarim and how to determine לשון בני אדם. Our secret agenda for this shiur is to investigate the possibility that our Mishna in all its parts is one integral whole, one logical unit & all of its parts are interdependent. We may be able to achieve this goal by analyzing the Maharik's interpretation of the Rambam in Hilchos Nedarim which seems to make no sense.
