In this shiur for Masechet Berachot 14a, we will focus on the Ra'aved's view that one recites a Beracha on Hallel on Rosh Chodesh despite the fact that it is a Minhag. We will not, however, recite a Beracha over Hallel on Chol HaMo'ed Pesach. Is there a mitzva of Simcha on Rosh Chodesh? Inside the Mikdash or outside? Tos' quotes an opinion that two berachot are recited over the mitzva of Kriyas HaHallel on the Seder night? Why?
