Two days ago we presented a חקירה re: Tisha Bav shechal lihiyos beShabbos. Is the 9th of Av the real fast day just that we postpone its fulfillment til Sunday, or is the 9th completely "uprooted" as a fast day and the 10th is established as the "real" Fast Day? We explained that the נפק"מ is the case of a lad who became Bar Mitzva on the 10th of Av. In this shiur we will offer an analysis of many Halachik issues re: ט באב שחל להיות בשבת all of which seem to hinge upon this Chakira. Examples: when is שבוע שחל בו?; would there be any vestige of ניהוגי אבילות on Shabbos itself, e.g. דברים שבצנעה או איסור תלמוד תורה? Would there be room for leniencies on the 10th of Av, e.g. in the case of someone ill, a woman after birth, or בעלי הברית?
