An analysis of the controversy between Rashi & Tos' regarding a מלאכת הוצאה that was implemented by two individuals, one picked up the object in one Reshus, the other placed it down in another reshus. Wheras Rashi sees both as liable, Tos' rejects this idea and identifies the עקירה as טלטול בעלמא. We will dedicate a major part of the shiur to understand the הוא אמינא that both the עוקר והמניח חייבים.
