We resume our study of Pachad Yitzchak for Shabbos, and we will begin Maamar #4 which addresses the concept of Shabbas as 'testimony' הגדת עדות על מעשה בראשית. The latter is inherent in the very act of abstaining from labor on Shabbos and only the nation of Israel is chosen to testify about God's creation; this reflects the ברית between Hashem & our People. In this context we understand the Din of Mumar LeChilul Shabbos, and we will analyze the requirement of בפרהסיא with regard to this special Halacha.
