Is Maariv a Tefillas Reshus, a Tefillas Nedavah, or a "cheftza" of a Tefillas Chovah? What is the nature of a Tefillas Nedavah? Does every Tefillas Nedavah require a חידוש בה דבר? We will analyze the machlokes between the Rambam & the Raavad according to Reb Chaim Brisker & according to the Rav.
