If Tefilla itself is a Korban Tamid how does the Tefillas HaYachid become a Tamid which is a Korban Tzibbur brought from the Terumas HaLishka? Furthermore how are we meant to understand Tefillas HaTzibbur which does not represent all of klal Yisrael? Tamid requires the 'ba'alus' (ownership) of all of Adas Yisrael. In his Yartzeit shiur, the Rav sought to identify the מצרף, i.e. the agent that links the Yachid with all of Israel, and each particular Tzibbur with all of Klal Yisrael. We will analyze the concept of the Yachid partnering with the Tzibbr thru נוכח המקדש & by having the proper Kavana directing his prayers to Yerushalayim & Mikdash. We will study the special role of the Sefer Torah & Teyva located in the middle of the synagogue.
