We finish siman 4 and discuss what to do in a cases where one is required to wash his or her hands but does not have water readily available. What do you do if you are on a hike and don't have water? If you scratch your scalp while you are in the middle of learning, do you have to go find sink to wash your hands even though this will cause bittul Torah?
