In the first part of this shiur we will try to figure out the Braisa of Rebby Yehuda of Nosar which implies that there would be Malkos for Nosar if not for the Aseh of burning Nossar. Then we will discuss the sugya of Lav Hanitak LeAseh, according to Rav Yochanan who holds Bitllo VeLo Bitlo, and teaches that this is a rare breed. Our task is pinpointing the only two Lavim to which the rule of Bitllo VeLo Bitlo applies. Clearly it applies to Shiluach HaKein, but what about MeAnes SheGireish es Ishto? How did he destroy the possibility of remarrying his ex-wife? What about the Lav of Pe'ah when he cut down all that was growing in the field? He is obligated to rectify the Lav thru the Aseh of giving cut wheat. What if he destroyed the wheat?
