In this shiur for Masechet Shabbat 3a we will continue our study of the definition of Malechet Hotza'ah. We will study the controversy between Rashi & Tos' regarding one who is Oker, i.e. he lifts the object but does not remove it from the Reshus, is he in violation of an Issur? We will analyze the case of 'Ze Oker ViZeh Maniach' & its relationship to the principle of 'Shnayim SheAsuha'.
