Description

The two gematriot, safek (doubt) and ram (haughtiness) which equal Amalek. Simple faith in Hashem is higher than the intellectual need to understand why something is happening. The inner point of Purim is that Amalek tries to tell us that there is logic; hence, when we don't understand the logic, we doubt, which is safek. However, a Jews comes from kesser (the crown) which is the ratzon elyion, beyond any reason. Certain things don't make sense to us, and we have bechirah (choice), yet everything is going according to Hashem's plan. We have to be happy knowing that we don't know.
