Description

Pesach is associated with a rush and hurry. Hashem’s actions are immediate; human actions take time. Why we are most excited when something is new and fresh? We have to appreciate who gave us the Mitzvos. As long as matzo is worked on, it doesn’t become chometz. As long as we sense the hand of the creator, we can maintain our vigor. Why is it so important to always remember yetzias Mitzrayim (exodus from Egypt)? How remembering Hashem prevents anger and depression. We have to rush to spirituality; we can deliberate over physical matters. Our job in Galus is to feel Hashem despite His seeming distance. Is Pesach supposed to be so lavish with hotels, cupcakes…? In the time of Moshiach we will be able to enjoy yishuv hada’as (peace of mind) together with a constant hislahavus (vigor).
