Before Kinah (Lamentation) 36. Everything created seeks out its tachlis (ultimate purpose). The tachlis of Eretz Yisrael (land of Israel) is to be filled with Jews who love, appreciate and understand her. The land cries out to fulfill its tachlis of looking after Jews. The world is constantly engaged in erasing the memory of Jerusalem as the site of the Temple.
