Description

This short Torah was given by Rav Weinberger after Shacharis on Purim Katan 5768 after the chevre enjoyed Hamantashen and Mashkeh. Purim katan and leap year is about uniting sun and moon. Our eyes are alight like the sun and moon. The Ramah's last annotation in Orach Chayim - a good heart is always b'simchah (joy). Purim katan equals the korban tamid (permanent daily sacrifice). When everything is working out right, there are no walls in a Jew's heart between those he favors and those he doesn't. We live in Hashem's presence at all times. Living with closeness to Hashem brings down all walls and unites the sun and the moon. The unconstrained (unwalled) joy Aharon Hakohen experiences towards his brother Moshe.
