Description

The problem between Yoseph and his brothers came through the sense of sight, while the solution came through hearing. The descendants of Yoseph are not affected by the ayin hara (evil eye). The ayin hara is the result of disconnecting something from its divine source. The ayin tov (good eye) is when we properly attribute something directly to Hashem, which is the avodah (holy work) of Chanukah.
