Rebbe Yerucham Lebovitz z"l explains indications of "reality" that is not the true reality. Anger is reaction to change in our life. Illusion of a life that from the outside looks perfect. Happiness does not depend on outside circumstances. Hashem has special love for Jews who were with Hashem, are with Hashem and who will always be with Hashem. Fixing our own "Holy of Holies" by transcending feelings of humiliation and discouragement in this world.
