One person's redemption is another person's gulus (exile). Not being in our natural surroundings, where we can be our real selves is gulus. Why many yeshivah bochurim feel unfulfilled in their learning. Sometimes we reflect that we're doing things to fulfill others expectations, rather than our own. Lack of menuchas haNefesh is the root of why people leave Judaism. If we're miserable learning the Torah that others set for us, we must learn the right Torah for our soul.
