The bigger picture: preserving my life, or worrying about money? The anguish propelling us into a life of ratzon (need). It's perfectly fine to "have", but the "need" destroys us. A completely different way of thinking. There are no immediate results. An ability to feel true delight. How can I feel the emotion of something I have never experienced? Wanting to return to my natural state of simchah (joy).
