A physician is merely one of Hashem's messengers. Developing a very strong relationship with Hashem. A feeling of lacking something prevents a person from feeling simchah (joy). If my life is exactly as Hashem has planned it for me, why daven? A level of belief where davening becomes irrelevant. In spiritual matters, we may demand of Hashem. If it's all good, why do we cry during shivah (mourning)?
