Description

Tzadikim (righteous people) can control their bodies while reshaim’s (evil people’s) bodies control them. We have to learn to recognize the voice of the yetzer tov (good inclination) and the voice of the yetzer horah (evil inclination). If we decide to keep a diet, but we are not in touch with our inner voices, we are bound to fail. We have to recognize our excuses for eating improperly, and our conscience telling us to eat properly.
