p 202. The Zohar addresses the issue of misperceiving the Torah. If the Torah would not be clothed in the language of this world, the world would be destroyed from the light of the Torah. Clothing both conceals and reveals. My job in this world is to be faithful to my higher tzelem (image). If we only look at the levush (clothing) or the body of the Torah, we could easily misunderstand the Torah. The secrets of Torah are whatever we don't know yet. Torah is called Tiferes Yisroel. Like wine needs to be kept in a container, so too does Torah. The mitzvos are our garments. The ordinary is exciting when you know that it is just the external of the extraordinary.
