p 185. The tzurah (form) of something comes together at the completion of the process. Yisroel became a nation after the other nations were already settled. The world had to be specially prepared for Am Yisroel to appear. The Jewish people are the symphony conductor of the nations of the world. Chomer (physicality) weakens as it grows older, while tzurah gets better with age. Without Adam, the world has not unity or tachlis (purpose). Becoming a Gadol requires years of learning and middos tovos (refined character traits). The more refined something is, the more hidden it is.
