Torah comes from the word hora'ah, which means guidance and instruction. Amalek's main interest is in preventing Jews from putting Torah chochma (wisdom) into actual practice. The scholars among the non-Jewish nations can only be relied on for information about the physical world. Each mitzvah is a tikkun (rectification) for a human limb or organ. A bris (covenant) has three aspects: the one who gives it, the one who accepts it, and the event done to solidify it.
