Description

p 77. The positive mitzvos correspond to man's physical body, which shows that he is tzelem Elokim (created in G-d's image). Yehoshua, who corresponds to the moon, was able to make the sun stand still. The neshama is the only 'free man' in this world, thus the physical is the servant to the spiritual. Man is tzurah (spiritual) while woman is chomer (physical). Feminism is the sign of the demand for an increased sense of self for women. When Moshiach comes, the feminine quality of creation will be fully revealed. Hashem gives us the 365 negative mitzvos (commandments) for the part of us that is inclined toward the physical.
