Description

Razah D'Shabbos - P67 - Essay: Re'ooh ki Hashem nasan lachem haShabbos The Mun (Mannah), like a navi (prophet), had the miraculous ability to clarify, distinguish and judge. Since Moshe Rabeinu (our teacher) had the ability to distinguish and clarify, the Mun, which fell in his merrit, too was infused with the power of distinction. Our task is to establish clear boundaries between good and bad in our minds and hearts. The Mun also has the ability to deeply connect, which will be fully revealed at the time of Moshiach, but is already seen on Shabbos. The double aspects of Shabbos, e.g., two loaves of Challah, two candles, zachor (remember) and shamor (safeguard). Why the letter "hey" was added to "ha'shishi" (the sixth) - hey and vav, male and female.
