Description

Using other's thoughts to strengthen doing teshuvah. Anavah (humility) is the most refined middah (character quality). Everything we have is from Hashem. Higher teshuvah is the basis of lower teshuvah. Essence of highest form of teshuvah is a strong perception in delighting in Hashem. Lower teshuvah is stop doing averas (sins) and fixing your middos (character flaws). We should never abandon the higher form of teshuvah- it will eventually lead us to refining our character.
