Neglect of one's Judaism leads to slipping into hard times which forces one to look into who one really is. A person whose Torah & mitzvas are precious arouses Hashem to look at him preciously. If you constantly blame others for your own problems, you will never improve your own life. Biggest tova (good deed) of Hashem is to help us remember how to become better! Biggest tova (good deed) a Jew can do for another Jew is to help him to want bigger things.
