Description

The natural feeling of disgust after doing aveiros (sins) is a positive feeling. Disgust is actually an atonement because it shows that we want to be free of all aveiros. It's good to expand the shame of one aveira over all the similar events in our life. The more we broaden our shame, the greater forgiveness we will receive.
