Description

Depressing thoughts often come disguised as the ratzon (will of) Hashem. Yaakov asked Hashem to save him from the yetzer hara (evil inclination) dressed as Esav. Our heart gets straightened out with joy done with simcha. When we find our bearings in life, everything will feel so much better and fall into place. Spiritual people are more inclined to be depressed because they have a harder time adjusting to "the world".
