Description

From where does sadness come? The neshama (soul) recoils from every imperfection we have. The neshama tries to counteract our yetzer hara and says "no- that’s not true"! When we do the right thing, it’s like water after a marathon for the neshama. We’re so caught up with technology that we never really look at ourselves. Good and bad things happen to good and bad people. It’s up to us how we react.
