Description

Raising our level of ruchnius (spirituality) correspondingly raises our physical desires. Tikkun ha'middos (correction of faulty traits) and actions will make our teshuvah (repentance) succeed. Ruchnius means overcoming what the body tells us to do. There is no ruchnius if we abandon halachah. We are failing in ruchnius if we don't feel the milchamah (battle) of daily life.
