Description

A Jew should look at the world and people with histaklus ruchanios (spiritual outlook). As a result of our aveiros (sins) our soul becomes blemished and our spiritual eyes become dull. We see the world in an empty way which leads us to the feeling of regret from all of our sins, which will cause us to do teshuva (repent). The highest level of teshuva are when things that were bad become good. Sometimes we are on the level of ruchnios elyona (highest level of spirituality) and our recognition of truth becomes so clear that the neshama (soul) soars and we want nothing to do with the guf (body). Our neshama and guf should not be separated.
