Description

Focusing on enhancing our future is a foundation of teshuvah (repentance). Putting too much attention on our past causes us to encounter many obstacles. We must face the despair over the things we cannot change. The true path of teshuvah is by connecting to Hashem. Many times we have lofty visions for ourselves but don't feel able to implement them. The internal conflict of trying to "do teshuvah" can cause anguish.
