Description

We need gevurah (strength) to continue learning, praying and having Simchah (happiness) despite the immediate demands of the mussar hap'nimi (the inner sense of truth). Learn a lot of Torah to develop gevurah which naturally develops our emunah (belief). We cannot take emunah for granted, as we did as a child, rather we must learn its fundamentals. There is a danger that gevurah can develop pride.
